Payment
I gladly accept Paypal, eChecks, Money Orders, and Personal
Checks. I have no preference on the form of payment. However, do
note that I will not ship until I receive payment. Because of
this, items paid for by eChecks, Money Orders, and Personal
Checks will be delayed in shipping until payment clears my bank
account (can take 3 to 7 business days).
Payment must be received within three days of purchasing the
item(s).
Shipping
Shipping will be done 24-48 hours after payment is received
(and/or clears my bank). I ship in plain white jewelry boxes
that have a white layer of cotton inside. These boxes will be
inside bubble-wrap envelopes or boxes for larger orders that
need more room. A gift note can also be added if you like. Item
can be gift wrapped as well, just tell me what color/kind of
paper you would like (ex. Holiday paper, red for Valentine's
Day, etc).
I ship USPS First Class Mail. I *will* ship Internationally as
well. I unfortunately am not responsible for delays caused by
issues with customs and I declare exact value on all customs
forms.
Shipping is $3.00 within the US. Check each item's description
to make sure (items with large, heavy beads will affect the
shipping costs, but usually not by much). Each additional item
purchased will be $.50. For US residents, the shipping costs
include delivery confirmation. International shipping outside
the US is $5.00 and each additional item purchased is $.75.
Rush orders are available, but there will be extra costs
involved and I need to know beforehand.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my pieces are created with care and attention to
detail. I make sure the product you are buying is the best I can
create. Should you be at all unhappy with your purchase, please
let me know so that I can repair the item, replace it with
something of equal or lesser value (with the difference refunded
of course), or refund your payment. This must be done within 14
days of receiving the item(s).
Repairs and replacements will be done free of charge (including
shipping both ways) within the 14 day period. After the 14 days,
I do offer Lifetime Repair, but it is at the cost of the buyer
(including shipping both ways). Contact me with your Repair
needs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Every piece I make is a handcrafted item. Because of this,
pieces are unique. However, I do reserve the right to remake an
item I have previously made and offered in my shop. Since
everything is handmade, there will still be differences in
*every* item as I could never duplicate exact loops or wire
twists for example.
Please check each item's description to see if the size/length
will work for you. I will resize items if you would like, but
please check with me before purchasing to make sure that the
item can be resized (some bracelets or earrings, for example,
may not be). Resizing at the time of purchase is free of charge.
If you receive the item, and it needs to be resized, resizing is
still free, but the buyer must pay all shipping costs.
All earrings can be customized for non-pierced ears! Please
CONTACT me for this request before purchasing as it does add a
small charge to the earrings due to the high cost of the
specialty hooks. Also, I am happy to do commissioned items. Just
contact me and I'll be happy to create something just for you!
